Outreach Counseling
AMS began offering its innovative program of inbound and outreach counseling in 1999. Since then, our highly trained AMS Consultants have counseled thousands of families, helping them find the right mix of school-endorsed payment and loan products to fit their monthly budgets.With outreach counseling, families receive extra payment guidance and support – the kind of one-on-one attention many schools wish they had the time and the resources to offer.
Inbound and/or outreach calling programs can be tailored to your school’s needs. Some of our most popular programs are those that target incoming freshmen or help facilitate bill resolution before registration so that students can continue to attend school.
